Amendment of

Criminal Sessions.

I. That Section III of Part I of Regula Generalis of 1st March, 1847, be amend- ed in such wise that there shall be criminal Sessions holden on the 29th Day of Sec. III, Part I, of January, the 28th Day of February, the 29th Day of March, the 25th Day of April, Regula Generalisof the 25th Day of May, the 25th Day of June, the 25th Day of July, the 25th Day of 1st March, 1847. August, the 29th Day of September, the 29th Day of October, the 29th Day of November, and the 29th Day of December, in every year, and be continued by adjournment, as the case may require, until the whole of the Criminal business is disposed of:-Provided, if any or either of the hereinbefore mentioned days occur on a Sunday, then that the Criminal Sessions be holden on the day following. Provided further, that, if the Chief Justice find it so expedient, Criminal Sessions shall not be holden two months in every year, such two months not being consecutive. II. That Schedule 7 attached to the Regula Generalis above mentioned be amended according to the Form hereunto annexed."

In all Actions or Proceedings brought for the recovery of a Specific Personal Chattel, or for Damages done thereto, or for conversion of the same, the Charge for filing and enter- ing Declaration shall be one quarter per cent on the value of the Chattel, and one quarter per cent on the Damage laid in the Declaration.
